  1. Scope call - we will schedule a 15-minute scope call so that I can understand what you hope to achieve from this new policy and why it is important.
  2. I will draft the initial policy and send it for your review.
  3. Final policy editing - once I have your feedback I will polish the document into a finished version that you can immediately implement.
